IDAHO IS
NOT FOR SALE.

NOT FOR SALE.
Mark Fitzpatrick.

SUPPORT MARK

I'm Mark Fitzpatrick.
Idaho was founded by pioneers who didn’t ask permission to live free, and we shouldn’t have to either.
I’m running for Governor to restore a government that serves the people, not political insiders. That means cutting taxes, shrinking bureaucracy, defending parental rights, deporting all illegal aliens, and putting Idaho families first.
This state isn’t for sale.
And it’s time Idaho elects a Governor who isn't, either.

Idaho deserves More than little
Little Governor. Big Problems.
For years, Idaho has had Republican leadership. But Republican isn't the same as bold.
When pressure came, compromise followed. When crisis hit, restrictions came first and liberty came second. When agencies grew, budgets grew with them. And we were told it was good enough.
It isn't.
Idaho doesn't need maintenance. It needs movement.
Idaho deserves a governor who refuses to sell out.

Frequently asked questions
General
My name is Mark Fitzpatrick. I was born in Los Angeles in 1978 to a loving family. My father served 40 years as a police officer, and my mother helped raise my sister and me. My parents are now retired and live nearby in Eagle, Idaho.
I grew up attending Catholic schools but became a committed non-denominational biblical Christian in my late teens.
I played Division 1 soccer at Cal State Northridge from 1997 to 1999, graduated with a BA, and then attended the Orange County Sheriff’s Academy. I served as a police officer with the Newport Beach Police Department from 1999 to 2014, leaving in good standing with a clean record.
While on duty, I met my wife Sarah during a lunch break when she was my server at a diner. On our first date, I told her clearly that I was looking for a wife. We agreed to court, got engaged two months later, and were married four months after that. We have been happily married for 23 years and have six children, ages 12 to 21. We homeschool our kids and are raising them grounded in faith, family, and freedom.
I am a serial entrepreneur who has hired and employed hundreds of people over the years. I have had to fire some along the way, but that comes with the territory as they say. Today, I own a real estate brokerage and development company, an events center, and Old State Saloon in Eagle, Idaho.
I have become known as a bold culture warrior. I founded Heterosexual Awesomeness Month to stand for God’s design for marriage and family, and several of my posts and events have gone viral, gaining many supporters while also drawing strong opposition from the left.
After years of watching government corruption, including investigating Somali daycares in Boise, I realized our system is badly broken. Our current governor refuses to respond to the people, avoids accountability, and is rarely challenged by the leftist media.
After much prayer, and with the full support of my wife and children, I have decided to run for Governor of Idaho. I love this state and its people. Idaho needs truth, transparency, and a governor who will lead with courage, put God first, and fight for the people rather than the insiders.
No, I was not fired. I left police work on good terms with a clean record.
In my later years as a police officer, one of my businesses was growing rapidly. I had over 20 full-time employees while still working full time as a police officer. At the same time, my wife and I had six young children. Life was extremely busy.
Even though I loved being a police officer, it eventually became too much to do both jobs well. I had to make a choice. I decided to pursue my dreams as an entrepreneur full time. I took the leap, left the security of a steady paycheck and benefits, and went all in on building my businesses.
I left the Newport Beach Police Department in good standing with no complaints or issues. It was simply a matter of needing to focus my time and energy on my growing family and my entrepreneurial calling.
No, I do not support the idea of a monarchy for the United States or for Idaho.
While I love the thought of living as a subject under Jesus Christ, the King of kings, who will one day reign forever in perfect righteousness in His new Kingdom as described in Revelation 21 and 22, that is not the best form of government for us here on earth right now.
A monarchy puts far too much power in the hands of one single person, and any human being can be corrupted by that kind of power. History has shown us repeatedly what happens when too much authority rests with one ruler.
God has blessed us with an amazing Constitutional Republic. Our Founders gave us a system designed to protect liberty and limit government. The problem is not the system, but that too many of us have failed to be good stewards of it. We the People must stay actively involved, hold our leaders accountable, demand transparency, and shine the light of truth on corruption and evil.
This Republic can be restored if we elect leaders who love the Lord first, refuse to sell out, and put the Constitution and the people above their own power or personal gain.
As Governor, I will govern as a servant of the people under our Constitutional Republic — not as a king. My job will be to protect your God-given rights and freedoms, not to rule over you.
No, I am not.
I was a police officer with the City of Newport Beach, California for 15 years. I left the department in good standing with a clean record and no complaints against me.
The man who was arrested and convicted for sex crimes is a completely different person. He has the same first and last name, but he has a different date of birth and a different middle initial. He worked for the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department, not Newport Beach.
I did not know this man. I have never worked with him, and I am not associated with him in any way.
I have explained this fact multiple times, yet some on the left continue to deliberately lie and defame me by mixing up the two men. This is a dishonest smear campaign because they cannot attack my actual record or my positions.
My record is clean. My character is clean. And I will not allow these lies to go unchallenged.
Yes, it is true. My wife Sarah and I adopted our son through the foster care system over 13 years ago. He is our fifth child out of six, and we love him deeply.
Recently, an anonymous leftist on X asked me, “Why do you have a brown kid? Who cheated?” And, they had the audacity to call me a racist. Let me be very clear: that question reveals far more about the ugly heart of the person who asked it than it does about me or my family.
My wife and I chose to foster and then adopt a Mexican/Native American baby because we believe every child deserves a loving home. We didn’t see skin color. We saw a child who needed a family.
I am a strong supporter of adoption. The Bible is very clear on this. James 1:27 says, “Pure and undefiled religion before God and the Father is this: to visit orphans and widows in their trouble.” We need far more Christians and private citizens stepping up to care for orphans and vulnerable children instead of leaving it all to the government.
Our family is living proof that love and commitment are far more important than biology or skin color. I will never apologize for adopting our son or for loving him as my own.

No, I am not an antisemite. I do not hate LDS/Mormons, and I do not hate Muslims.
I am a Christian. I love people, and I believe every human being is made in the image of God and deserves to be treated fairly and equally under the law, exactly as our Constitution demands.
However, because I am a Christian, I will never apologize for speaking the truth of the Gospel. Jesus Christ is the Son of God. He lived a sinless life, was crucified, and rose from the dead, conquering sin and death. As sinners, the only way we can be saved is through faith in Him as our Savior, the One who took the punishment we deserved on the cross.
If someone hears that message from me and rejects it, that is their right. I will not force anyone to believe. But I also will not cower or water down the truth to make people comfortable.
We can still work together as fellow Idahoans to make our state safer, freer, more prosperous, and better for our children; even if we disagree on matters of faith. Fair treatment under the law does not require me to deny the Gospel.
My faith in Jesus Christ guides my life, but it does not prevent me from treating every person with dignity and respect while I serve as Governor.
I am pro-America, always.
I love this country deeply, but because I love America, I am also willing to be critical of America when it is deserved. That same standard applies to every other nation on earth, including Israel.
I do not support giving any foreign country, including Israel, a blank check with American tax dollars or unconditional loyalty. I am critical of the Israeli government when its actions do not serve American interests, just as I am critical of our own government. I am especially wary of the enormous influence of groups like AIPAC and any foreign lobbying that puts another nation’s interests ahead of America’s.
I will never accept money, donations, or support from Israel, AIPAC, Mossad, or any other foreign government or lobbying organization. My loyalty belongs only to the United States and the people of Idaho.
As Governor, my foreign policy stance will be simple: America First. No more blank checks to any foreign nation. No more putting other countries’ interests ahead of our own. Every decision will be judged by one standard: that which is best for the American people and the state of Idaho.
I am strongly against the legalization of marijuana in Idaho, including medical marijuana.
While I have considered the potential economic value of hemp and understand that some of those arguments have merit, Idaho is simply not in a mature enough position to have this discussion right now. Our state government is plagued with too much corruption, deception, and massive lobbyist influence. Many of our own Republican representatives have shown themselves to be frauds who cannot be trusted with this issue.
As long as that corruption and lobbyist control exists, I am a hard NO on any form of marijuana legalization. Only after we clean up the corruption, expose the deception, and remove the massive lobby influence should we even consider discussing medical marijuana.
I refuse to support anything that would lead to more teenagers using marijuana, developing lifelong psychosis, becoming dependent on Big Pharma, and turning into a permanent burden on society and their families.
Idaho must protect our young people and our communities first. Legalizing marijuana is not progress. It is a step backward.
I am strongly against Ranked Choice Voting.
Ranked Choice Voting is a dangerous scheme that confuses voters, weakens election integrity, and often produces winners who do not have majority support. It allows candidates to win without ever receiving the most first-choice votes, which undermines the basic principle of “one person, one vote.”
In practice, Ranked Choice Voting hides backroom deal-making between candidates, discourages clear choices, and makes it nearly impossible for average citizens to understand how the final result was reached. It has already caused chaos and controversy in other states and cities that have tried it.
Idaho has a simple, straightforward voting system that works. We should keep it that way. As Governor, I will fight any attempt to bring Ranked Choice Voting to Idaho and I'd veto it if it hit my desk. We need clear, honest elections where the candidate with the most votes wins.
I support selling Idaho’s power and water to other states only when it clearly benefits Idahoans first and only after our own people and future needs are fully taken care of.
Idaho’s water and energy resources belong to the people of Idaho. They are not for sale to the highest bidder while our farmers, families, and communities go without. Before any surplus is sold out of state, Idaho must be in a strong, secure position with reliable water supplies for agriculture and drinking water, and abundant, affordable power for our homes, businesses, and growing population.
Any potential sale must meet strict conditions: it must generate significant revenue that directly lowers taxes or improves infrastructure for Idahoans, it must not risk future shortages for our state, and it must never come at the expense of Idaho families or farmers.
If those conditions are clearly met, then and only then would I consider it. Even then, every deal would be completely transparent. The terms would be made public immediately so the people of Idaho can review the details and make their voices heard with their representatives. No backroom deals. No hidden contracts.
Idaho’s resources exist to serve Idahoans first. As Governor, I will never sell our birthright to benefit other states while our own people suffer or pay higher costs.
No, I do not hate gays or anyone in the LGBTQ community.
When I started Heterosexual Awesomeness Month, my original goal was simple: to celebrate God’s beautiful design for sexuality and marriage as a positive alternative during Pride Month. That was it.
Because of the intense threats and hatred I received from the left and parts of the LGBTQ community for doing so, I began researching deeper. What I found disturbed me greatly. There is a well-funded, extreme element within the movement that is actively working to deceive and confuse children into believing boys can become girls and girls can become boys. I believe this is wicked and harmful, especially to minors.
I am allowed to have different moral beliefs. Disagreeing with someone’s actions or ideology does not mean I hate them. I hate certain actions. I hate the idea of transgendering children, I hate rape, I hate murder. But I do not hate the people themselves.
I love people. All people. Every human being is made in the image of God and deserves basic dignity and respect. My faith calls me to love my neighbor, even when I strongly disagree with their choices or beliefs.
I will always speak truth boldly, especially when it comes to protecting children, but I do so without personal hatred toward any individual.
No, I do not support Governor Little’s LAUNCH program.
While it may sound good on the surface, I believe it represents more government expansion and spending at a time when Idaho needs to be shrinking government and cutting taxes, not creating new programs.
Idaho families and businesses are already struggling with high costs, housing shortages, and government overreach. We don’t need another state-run initiative that will likely grow bureaucracy, spend taxpayer dollars, and create more dependency.
As Governor, my focus will be on getting government out of the way by slashing taxes, reducing regulations, exposing waste, and letting the free market and Idaho’s own people drive real prosperity and opportunity. We don’t need more government “launch” programs. We need freedom and self-reliance.
Idaho deserves better than more big-government experiments.
No. I did not commit fraud. Not even close.
I am a licensed Idaho real estate broker and my real estate company was recently added to a lawsuit five days after I announced my candidacy for governor. When you represent 500+ real estate transactions in your career, there are bound to be some unhappy buyers.
I am 100% innocent of any wrongdoing. Here is the complete, transparent truth:
In January 2025, a buyer filed a lawsuit against the homebuilder (Boise Hunter Homes) and the previous owners (the Pojars, my clients) after discovering foundation issues with the property. My company was not originally named in that lawsuit.
Later, my real estate clients, the Pojars, filed a third-party claim against my real estate company. I had listed the home for them at zero commission purely as a personal favor. I had no financial incentive in the transaction whatsoever. The seller, Mr. Pojar, is himself a former real estate agent and was fully aware of disclosure laws. I have never told any client not to disclose a material fact.
That being said, from what I know, I stand by Mr. Pojar’s decisions made regarding disclosure in this matter. The sellers had been informed by the builder’s own engineers that there were no significant problems with the foundation. My clients were also told they would have nothing to disclose if they sold the home in the future, seeing that there were no problems with the foundation.
The Pojars later dismissed my company from their counterclaim in November 2025. I do not know the exact reason why they dismissed me, but I assume they did that because it was the right thing to do. I have not spoken to my client since late 2024, before the lawsuit was filed.
Then, more than 14 months after the original lawsuit was filed, and just five days after I publicly announced my run for Governor of Idaho, the plaintiff suddenly added my company to the lawsuit.
Over my career, I have completed more than 500 real estate transactions involving properties from $100,000 to over $15 million. I have never had any court action or Realtor association judgement against me personally. I have a clean record. I operate with complete transparency and integrity, and that will never change.
The original BoiseDev article about this case contained very damaging misinformation, at my expense. I immediately contacted them to correct the record, but it took them over a week to make the correction. They showed little to no remorse for the damage done to my reputation during that time. This is yet another example of sloppy, agenda-driven “fake news” media that rushes to smear my name. Idahoans should avoid interacting with BoiseDev.
The Left and RINOs will continue to lie and allege wrongdoing anyway. They are afraid of real truth and righteousness entering Idaho’s government.
After I am sworn in as Governor in January 2027, Idaho will be run with honesty, courage, and America First principles. We will root out corruption, protect our families and values, and build a strong, prosperous state where hard-working Idahoans come first.
God bless Idaho…and thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
We must immediately pursue the full truth about geoengineering and chemtrails. We the People have a right to know exactly what is being sprayed into our skies, and whether any of it is damaging our health, our soil, our water, or our food supply.
The mainstream media has largely refused to investigate this issue honestly, which only fuels public distrust. I find it to be very frustrating that we don’t have more information and we are gaslit when we ask for it. The secrecy alone leads me to believe there are nefarious purposes behind these programs.
As Governor, I will not ignore it or dismiss concerned citizens as conspiracy theorists. I will demand real answers.
My approach is straightforward:
Launch a transparent, independent review of all geoengineering and atmospheric programs affecting Idaho.
Bring the top officials from federal and state agencies and the major corporations involved into open, public town hall meetings so Idahoans can question them directly.
Put these same officials on my Governor’s Podcast where I will ask them the tough, direct questions the media refuses to ask.
Publicly release all findings so the people can see the truth for themselves.
If any of these programs are releasing substances that harm human health or the environment, I will fight aggressively to stop them. We will legislate and create laws to ban any further poisoning of our land.
Our children deserve a healthy, poison-free future. Protecting Idaho’s air, water, and soil is a core responsibility of government. Under my administration, we will seek truth first, then take decisive action to protect our people and our land.
No. I am not a sex offender, and I have never committed any sex crime of any kind.
I have been faithfully and happily married to my wife Sarah for 23 years. The best sex is that which occurs inside a loving, committed marriage between one husband and one wife — exactly as God designed it.
The person the Left is smearing me with is a completely different man who happens to share my first and last name. He is a former Sergeant with the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department. He was convicted in 2011 of multiple felonies for sex crimes involving traffic stops. I served 15 years as a police officer with the Newport Beach Police Department and left in 2014 in good standing with a completely clean record and no complaints against me. I never worked for the LA County Sheriff’s Department and never held the rank of Sergeant. Furthermore, his birth year is in 1970 or 1969, based on reported information. Mine is 1978. I am 48 years old. He is 56.
Additionally, there is no way I'd have passed all the campaign vetting and have all the licenses I have, and have been able to own an escrow company if I were a convicted sex offender, especially one that was sentenced to 9 years in prison!
This is a deliberate, malicious lie. The Left (including RINOs) knows we are two different people, but they continue to spread the falsehood anyway because they cannot defeat my record or my message on the issues. They would rather defame my character than debate the truth.
I have a completely clean record from my time in law enforcement and as a private citizen. I will not allow dishonest activists to define me by another man’s crimes.
Data centers are massive industrial facilities filled with thousands of computer servers that store, process, and transmit enormous amounts of digital data for companies like Google, Amazon, Microsoft, and Facebook. They power cloud computing, artificial intelligence, streaming services, and much of the modern internet.
I am not automatically against data centers, but I am strongly against approving them unless they are a clear net positive for the people of Idaho. Idaho has limited water and electricity resources. Many large data centers consume massive amounts of both, sometimes enough electricity to power entire towns and enough water to supply thousands of households. We must never sacrifice the needs of Idaho families, farmers, and existing businesses to accommodate giant out-of-state tech corporations.
Here’s my stance:
I will only support data centers if their construction and long-term operation deliver real, measurable benefits to Idahoans first, including good-paying local jobs, significant tax revenue that actually lowers taxes for residents, and guaranteed infrastructure improvements that do not strain our water or power supply. Every proposal will receive full public transparency.
There will be no backroom lobbying deals. I will bring these companies and the politicians who support them into open town halls and my Governor’s Podcast so Idahoans can ask the tough questions directly. Idaho’s water, power, and land belong to the people of Idaho, not to Big Tech.
If a data center cannot prove it is a clear win for our families and our future, it will not be built here under my administration.
No. I am not a flat-earther.
As far as I know, there is not even a single, complete, and consistent “flat earth” theory.
The reason this question keeps coming up is because I am openly skeptical of NASA. I do not trust them. NASA had Nazi roots at its founding and has promoted a worldview that tells us there is no God, no Creator, and that we are simply the result of an accidental cosmic explosion. NASA has Satanic symbolism present throughout its history and work. They have been caught in multiple lies over the years, and they actively support transgender ideology, which I believe is a moral perversion of God’s design for humanity. No, I am not saying that everyone working at NASA is involved in these lies and yes, I am aware there are Christians at NASA who are against transgenderism and who believe in our Father, the Creator.
I simply refuse to blindly “trust the science, ” especially when it comes from massively funded government agencies that are often anti-Christian and heavily influenced by political and corporate interests. We saw the same pattern during COVID. Healthy skepticism is wise when something has enormous funding, lobbying power, and an agenda that contradicts biblical truth. When those conditions are present, we should exercise discernment, rather than automatically believing what we are told.
I believe the Biblical God, the Father, is the Creator and created with the Word, Jesus Christ. I believe we should pursue real truth with open eyes and never outsource our thinking to government scientists or institutions that have repeatedly lied to the public. I do not have all the answers concerning the details of our Creation nor cosmology, and I am content with that. That is my actual position.
Idaho needs a Governor who, will not automatically obey his cognitive dissonance: “But, the government wouldn’t lie to me about a pandemic!” or “Certainly, my favorite celebrities are reporting truth to me!” or “Just trust the science!” or “We just need two more weeks to flatten the curve!” That type of Governor is mentally and emotionally weak. He locks down churches and demands compliance while he tramples on the People’s Rights. I am not Brad Little. I will question the science.
